Herbal Consultation

Service Description

Herbal consultations give us an opportunity to work together to address your specific health goals using plant medicine. I use a combination of energetics; folk tradition, Ayurveda and modern research-based practices as a framework in meeting your unique constitution and needs. The consultation is a therapeutic, judgement-free setting, where you can expect to be fully listened to. The initial intake typically takes 75 minutes, which gives you a chance to tell your story and gives me a chance to ask questions. After our consultation, you will receive an in-depth response email detailing our conversation, with herbal formulas as well as food, supplement and lifestyle recommendations as requested. The recommended herbal formulas (not included in the session) can be purchased on a sliding scale from my apothecary, or sourced from your local apothecary (or woods and fields, if you so wish!) You can call or email to request a refill any time- please allow 1-2 weeks for formula filling.
