Service Description

Herbal consultations give us an opportunity to work together to address your specific health goals using plant medicine. I use a combination of energetics; folk tradition, Ayurveda and modern research-based practices as a framework in meeting your unique constitution and needs. The consultation is a therapeutic, judgement-free setting, where you can expect to be fully listened to. The follow-up appointments (45-60 minutes) build on our relationship and allow for tweaks to formulas and incorporation of new strategies as your health goals evolve. I recommend clients schedule a follow-up 4-6 weeks after they start taking their herbs, and then every 6-8 weeks after that.
