This is an instant Cacao and mushrrom tea blend to support heart and brain health, boost mood and immunity. This blend was created with the intention to support the re-wiring of the brain, while releasing addictive patterns and tendencies, and simutaneously encouraging an overall sense of joy and wellbeing within. 
 
Ingredients: 
(All powdered and organic) Ceremonial Cacao, lionsmane, mucuna, maca, moringa, carob, cordyceps, rhodiola, cinnamon, turmeric, black pepper. 
 
These herbs, roots, mushrooms and spices work synergystically to enhance each other and optimize the benefit you receive.

This instant tea comes with a wooden spoon so you can dose your self correctly. 
3 scoops = .1g 
6 scoops= .2g 
9 scoops= .3g
 
We recommend beginning at the lowest dose and working your way up one scoop at a time to find your sweet spot. 
 
This medicine should be used intentionally and consistently- 4 days on, 3 days off OR 2 days on, 1 day off- each week for at least one month.
